Office Manager FR/ENG (M/W) - 100% - 6 months
For one of our clients in trading in Geneva, we are looking for a bilingual FR / ENG Office Manager (M / W) for a 6 months contract.
Your responsibilities :
- Classic Office Management tasks such as being in contact with the building Facilities Manager for cleaning / maintenance / reception services.
- Handle security of the building
- Organizing events
- Onboarding and handle visit of the work space
- Expense submission
- Binding documents and handling archives
- Invoice tracking
- Assisting with different projects
- Contracts and Warranties management
- Covering and assisting the reception when needed
Your profile :
- You are immediately available and until the end of the year to cover a maternity leave
- Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience as an Office Manager in a dynamic environment
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
- You are flexible, dynamic, solutions-oriented and a real multi-tasker
- Great confidentiality level and good team spirit
- Excellent communication skills with a strong team spirit
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Perfectly fluent in English and a good level in French is required, any other language is welcome
- 100% on-site role, no home office
