Position Overview
Advise on compliance matters relating to Physical Commodities tradingAssist with the management of the operational, reporting, and risk related elements of the Compliance programTrack, react to, and advise on global physical commodities and financial regulations, including REMIT, REACH, CBAMAssist with counterparty, vendor, broker, product, and new markets onboarding processesAssist with oversight of regular filing and reporting requirements.Perform risk assessments, including conduct, financial crime, and money laundering risk assessments and remediate any potentially significant risksAssist with the broader compliance program, including developing policies, monitoring adherence to these policies, and performing focused thematic reviews on Metals related topicsRequired Qualifications :
3 + years Compliance advisory with physical commodities experience (metals experience preferential)Dealing with regulatory requests and fielding queriesExperience reviewing surveillance escalationsDeveloping and implementing appropriate compliance program, including policies / procedures / systems / trainingExperience of setting up and obtaining required licensesFinancial KnowledgeOverall Compliance systems experienceCommunication in English
