On behalf of a boutique bank based in Zurich, offering innovative wealth solutions to internationally active entrepreneurs and families, with additional offices in Geneva and Lugano, we are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of a (Junior) Relationship Manager to join the team at the earliest opportunity.

Tasks

  • Provide administrative and operational support to one Senior Relationship Manager in their day-today tasks and co-ownership of a client book
  • Understanding the needs and expectations of the clients and preparing client reports and presentations
  • Placing and monitoring of stock exchange, FX, FD and loan orders
  • Performing account maintenance procedures including account openings and closings, payment orders, cash and transaction management and in completing credit applications and KYC
  • Ensuring that all business is executed in compliance with local relevant laws, regulations and bank internal policies
  • Handling daily administrative tasks, phone calls and correspondence (internal and external)

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Client Manager, Account Manager, Client Advisor or as Investment Advisor and further education in Banking and Finance, very good knowledge of the Private Banking & Wealth Management area in Switzerland
  • At least 4+ years of experience in a front-related role in Private Banking
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a good ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests simultaneously as well as a very precise and efficient work approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
  • Strong IT skills, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and preferably advanced Avaloq knowledge
