The Role:
You will be part of our small, hands-on international HR team and will provide both practical internal and external HR advice and administrative support within the Mauve Group.
You will also support policy development and implementation and will be involved in a range of people development and research project-based work to support our people and consultancy arm.
You will have a minimum 3 years of HR Generalist work experience in HR Operations, and HR Process Management, and be suitably qualified, with a solid knowledge of Swiss employment law, immigration, regulations, and compliance.
You should be able to effectively communicate in German and English. We presently have a registered office in Baar, Zug Canton, however you will work remotely.
