Your task Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to propose customized network solutions. Actively prospect for new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions, even outside the standard offerings. Represent the company in the Swiss-German region, attending on-site client meetings. Drive business development initiatives, especially within Swiss telecom, IT, and industrial sectors. Engage in continuous client feedback to refine and expand service offerings in collaboration with partners like CISCO and Nokia. Your profile Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the Swiss IT or telecom industry. Fluent in German (C1 / C2) and Swiss German (ideally at least some understanding / knowledge); English at C1 level; French is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CISCO, Nokia, or Huaweicertifications are advantageous. Background in IT or telecom, preferably with experience working for service providers. Strong understanding of the Swiss market, particularly with SME clients. Proven ability to listen to client needs and develop tailored solutions creatively.
