Make AI simple, useful, and safe across Bayer Consumer Health (BCH)—so teams learn fast, use confidently, and deliver better outcomes for consumers and the business.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a clear, practical program for AI proficiency at BCH that people love to use.
• Contribute to and leverage Bayer group-level assets to assess and build AI proficiency.
• Lead a division-wide (self-)assessment to establish our current proficiency, highlight progress, and pinpoint critical gaps to close.
• Enable peer-to-peer learning at scale : champion clinics, office hours, meetups, and simple "use-in-the-flow" guides that fit real work.
• Create role-based learning paths (marketing, e-comm, supply, manufacturing / quality, medical / PV, support functions) with hands-on practice.
• Embed safety and compliance into everything : EU AI Act, GDPR, PV capture, marketing claims, and GxP where relevant—practical guardrails, not blockers.
• Partner with Focus Area Leads, Product, Governance, and BU leaders to turn learning into adoption and measurable impact.
• Share wins and stories that inspire—spotlight teams using AI well and scale their practices across markets and functions.
• Track adoption and benefits with simple dashboards (usage, time saved, accuracy, compliant content rate) and continuously improve.
• Close collaboration with AI Network Community Lead required
