Legal Support Specialist – Basel, Switzerland

Workload: 42 hours/week | Location: Basel
Are you a detail-oriented legal professional looking to join an international and mission-driven organization? We are currently seeking a Legal Support Specialist to provide high-quality legal and administrative assistance within a global, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive legal support to the internal legal team.
• Assist with document preparation, research, and compliance coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and ensure legal accuracy in daily operations.
Your Profile
• Background in Legal Studies; a Law degree is preferred.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and administrative tools.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with accuracy and discretion.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
