Proclinical is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a dedicated team. This role focuses on vendor and event management, as well as handling orders and invoices. The ideal candidate is someone who can efficiently manage administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :
- Manage purchase orders and process accounts payable invoices.
- Set up and manage vendors using online platforms.
- Coordinate events, including entering details, securing approvals, and managing documentation and payments.
- Track costs, manage accruals, and maintain the budget sheet.
- Provide telephone support and manage copying, filing systems, and incoming mail and parcels.
- Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, and other documents as directed.
- Attend department meetings and take minutes.
- Maintain confidentiality in all responsibilities.
- Support other administrative assistants and perform additional duties as needed.
Key Skills and Requirements :
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.Experience in similar administrative roles.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.High level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.Team player capable of working in a cross-functional team.
