Your Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time delivery.

Anticipate risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to avoid delays

Leverage technical expertise in software development, particularly in gaming and esports, to guide project decisions.

Understand and provide input on the technical aspects of our community portals, racing game, and data platform.

Lead and motivate development teams, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to specification.

Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Provide regular project updates and host status meetings to keep all teams aligned.

Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring deliverables meet industry standards.

Identify and resolve potential risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.

Efficiently manage project resources, including human capital and technology.

Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure technical teams provide accurate documentation.

Promote continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and adopting industry best practices.

Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in gaming and esports to enhance project outcomes.

Join Our Team - desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within software development, gaming, or esports.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Familiarity with community platforms, multiplayer systems, and data-driven applications is a plus.
• Passion for gaming, esports, or motorsports is highly desirable.
