Business Risk Project Manager - Financial Crime Prevention

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Business Risk Management Team within the COO Organisation responsible for the Booking Centre Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, excellentmunication skills, and a strong background in managing projects within the financial industry.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of various projects within the Financial Crime Prevention domain.
In your new role you are responsible for :
Project Planning and Execution : Ensure that all aspects of the project are clearly defined, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and resource allocation.
Developprehensive project plans and monitor the project progress.
Stakeholder Management : Establish and maintain effectivemunication channels with stakeholders, senior management,pliance etc.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment with project objectives
- Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement process enhancements, and incorporate feedback to optimize project management practices and deliver greater value to stakeholders
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry standards, and best practices related to Financial Crime Prevention and other non-financial risk related requirements
- Work closely with UBS's Agile Delivery Organization to drive change with a focus on enabling business model transformation, implementing new legal / regulatory requirements and establishing robust and efficient processes

Your expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Project Manager in the financial services industry, with a track record of successfully deliveringplex projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of financial services products, processes, regulations, and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability to apply them effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, andmunication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizepeting demands, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in German. English and other languages are a plus.
