You will have the opportunity to participate in the results of this promising start-up and will work closely with the CEO and the management team.
Main tasks
- Identify and develop new markets in the civil engineering, construction, and concrete recycling sectors, as well as among builders and operators faced with the need to solidify soils and stabilize foundations for buildings, roads, and transport routes
- âââââPersonally implement the sales strategy by contacting key customers and demonstrating the competitive advantage of this product of the future, if necessary, in collaboration with the scientists behind this revolutionary product
- Monitor progress toward sales goals and provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
- Adapt the sales structure to business growth, build and lead a team independently
- Participate in webinars, conferences, and summits to represent the company in the Swiss and international markets
- Develop in-depth knowledge of competitors, customers, and market dynamics to better demonstrate the superiority of this advanced solution in terms of soil consolidation capacity, sustainability, and highly competitive cost
- Contribute globally to the evolution of products and services by listening to customers and understanding their new needs, as well as liaising with the product team to help define the product roadmap
