The role is can be based in any of our Electronics division entities : Austria, France, Germany, Holland, Hungary or Switzerland.

What is the Role?

The Functional Analyst Syteline ERP leverages subject matter expertise in Syteline/CSI to support business stakeholders, manage accounts, and drive the successful transformation and ongoing optimization of the company's multi-tenant ERP environment. Primary responsibilities include incident management, implementation of new solutions, and ERP upgrade projects, ensuring that all system modifications align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

This position plays a key role in analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing application software to address business needs, while also preparing comprehensive technical documentation. Responsibilities include collaborating with developers to troubleshoot application issues, guiding the development of new features, and acting as a functional lead in integrating third-party solutions with the Syteline ERP.

Serving as a central resource for both IT and business teams, the Functional Analyst facilitates communication and understanding between stakeholders, supports project delivery for ERP migrations to multi-tenant cloud environments, and contributes to the evaluation and improvement of global business processes. Ensures data integrity, participates in data migration and validation activities for new site implementations, and drives opportunities for process optimization.

Additional duties include overseeing robust system testing, coordinating end-user acceptance activities, and validating software patches and upgrades. The role also supports external system interfaces-such as financial packages, tax, and banking integrations-while maintaining rigorous documentation and user support.

This position requires a proactive approach to continuous improvement, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to travel occasionally as projects demand, all while adhering to established safety and operational procedures.

Does this sound like you?

• College diploma in IT or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience with manufacturing, shop floor operations, material planning/sourcing, finance, and project management (preferred)
• At least 2 years supporting ERP solutions, preferably Infor CSI
• Experience working with global development teams
• Experience with Infor OS components: Ming.le, ION Workflows, Homepages, IDM, IFS, Factory Track (preferred)
• Strong understanding of Infor Syteline CSI ERP processes and functions
• Ability to recommend and test integration solutions
• Familiarity with relational database design and concepts
• Proven IT transformation experience in complex environments
• Skilled in detail-oriented roles requiring analysis and problem-solving
• Background in software application design and testing
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Multi-Site environments
• Proven track record with previous successful ERP implementations
