This key role involves managing and optimizing Atlassian Data Center and Cloud environments, ensuring secure access, efficient configuration, and high-quality technical support. Job Responsibilities Manage user accounts in Atlassian Data Center and Cloud environments, including creation, modification, and deactivation. Oversee permissions, roles, and group memberships to ensure secure and efficient access control. Administer Jira and Confluence projects, configuring workflows, fields, and permissions to meet business needs. Customize dashboards, filters, and reports to improve visibility and reporting capabilities. Provide Jira Service Management (JSD) support for user requests, project changes, and troubleshooting. Lead and support migrations between Jira and Confluence environments (e.G., Cloud to Data Center and vice versa). Implement security best practices such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Monitor system changes, conduct testing, and maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance and system stability. Job Requirements Proven experience in Atlassian administration, particularly with Jira and Confluence (Data Center and Cloud). Strong understanding of user access management, roles, and security configurations. Hands-on experience in workflow design, automation, and customization. Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing application support. Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace add-ons and third-party integrations. Experience in managing migrations between different Atlassian environments. Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate upgrades and system changes effectively. Joining Sword means...
