International Product Manager (Coagulation, Hematology, Urinalysis Lifecycle)

Client Description -

This opportunity is with one of our premium clients, a global leader in diagnostics and pharmaceuticals, renowned for driving innovation in precision medicine.

The role is part of a strategic collaboration between their diagnostics and pharmaceutical divisions, focusing on the launch and lifecycle management of a diagnostic assay in the coagulation space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy for the diagnostic assay, ensuring alignment with both diagnostics and pharma divisions
• Drive operational readiness for product launch and lifecycle management
• Manage and negotiate with third-party partners to support strategic goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams, including R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial units
• Ensure customer and patient needs are central to decision-making and product development
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic direction
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across product and process areas.

Must Haves:

• Degree in Science or Marketing, with strong business acumen
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, ideally in diagnostics (especially coagulation) or pharma-diagnostics collaborations
• Proven leadership and influencing skills
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across global teams and external stakeholders
• Strong customer and patient-centric mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Fluency in English is essential

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager with deep expertise in diagnostics and pharma-diagnostics partnerships. The successful candidate will lead the commercial strategy, manage third-party negotiations, and ensure operational readiness for a diagnostic assay developed in collaboration with a pharmaceutical partner.

Contract planned duration: October 2025 till December 2028 (Most likely to be extended)

Workload: 100%

Work mode: Hybrid: 3 days home office/week)

Travel: Rarely, within Europe
