StellenbeschreibungConduct site surveys, assess existing technical installations and perform feasibility studies.Define technical requirements for HVAC, ventilation, cooling, heating and sanitary system interventions.Review and coordinate engineering studies, plans and technical documentation across trades (HVAC, electricity, fire protection, etc.).Prepare tender documents, contribute to procurement processes, evaluate bids and draft award recommendations.Coordinate project execution phases, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards and regulatory obligations.Work closely with building operations, security teams and stakeholders to ensure continuity of activities during works.Support commissioning activities and the handover of installations to building operations teams.Monitor project progress, risks, delays and budget deviations and propose corrective actions.Follow up on defects during acceptance phases and warranty periods.Coordinate temporary installations and logistics required for project implementation.University degree in HVAC / CVC engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields.Minimum 6 years of experience in the design and construction of building technical installations.Proven experience in multi‑technical coordination on complex projects.Experience with large renovation projects in occupied buildings in Switzerland.Solid knowledge of building technical systems (HVAC, electricity, sanitary, MCR, fire protection).Strong understanding of operational continuity requirements on active sites.Extensive knowledge of SIA standards and applicable technical regulations.Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD : BIM knowledge is a strong asset.Fluent in French (oral and written) with good command of English.The opportunity to work on high‑impact, large‑scale technical renovation projects in an international environment.A role combining autonomy, technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration.A one‑year mission within a highly professional and multidisciplinary environment.
