Sustainability Reporting Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Manage non-financial annual reporting: Set reporting standards and requirements, lead cross-functional reporting team, ensure data integrity and auditor coordination
• Manage sustainability ratings/rankings: Oversee reporting quality and continuous improvement, analyze results, propose enhancements and benchmark against stakeholders
• Streamline reporting processes: Establish reporting framework, lead double materiality assessment and support implementation of reporting IT solutions
• Reporting thought leadership: Monitor reporting requirements, train stakeholders on changes, engage on performance reporting and be internal reporting point of contact

Requirements

• Master Degree in enviromental or sustainability management, economics, controlling or accounting
• 5+ years of experience in industry or consultancy
• Proficiency in Project- and Stakeholder Management
• Strong communication skills
• Business fluent in English (written and verbal), every other language is advantageous
• Strong knowledge about Sustainability reporting and rating standards: GRI, SASB, CSRD, CDP
• Ability to work independet and be a self-driven person
