Product Controller

We are looking for a skilled and analytical professional to join our Finance team in Visp (Valais) as a Product Controller . In this role you will be responsible for analyzing and managing manufacturing costs driving financial efficiency and supporting informed decision-making within our manufacturing network. Acting as a finance business partner you will collaborate closely with non-financial stakeholders requiring a strong understanding of plant operations interconnected assets and coordination with product management and commercial teams. Proficiency in Power BI is essential SAP experience being a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed costing analysis and modeling to support product management.
• Monitor product costing and ensure relevant costing data is shared with relevant parties within the organization.
• Partner with product management production commercial and finance teams to support optimization of manufacturing operations.
• Support the annual budgeting process and monthly reporting cycles with heightened activity during key closing periods.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings process automation and continuous improvement to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Lead the implementation of the different agreements part of the scope and challenge the status quo of the current organization.
