Analyst, Program Operations
Our multicultural and dynamic team is responsible for the diligent management of the assigned program / s including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring and risk reporting.
Tasks
- Responsible for the daily tasks within the program
- Monitoring the program processes
- Train program’s stakeholders on GSCF’s services and systems
- Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client
- Ensure agreements (statement of works, changes requests, authorization matrix, function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored
- Ensure all program relevant manuals and procedures are updated regularly
- Timely reporting / escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to the superior
- User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production
- Develop and maintain professional relationship with the business partners
- Participate in potential projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or relevant disciplineExperience in Operations roles, ideally within the supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking industryFluent in English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially in ExcelKnowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are beneficialHigh degree of accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines in a dynamic work environmentExcellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersProactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvementsBenefits
