CRM Project Manager / IT Support Manager (f / m / d)

Your tasks :

• Recording the requirements of the specialist departments for IT projects (process analysis, consulting and documentation)
• Support for the eismann CRM solution (in-house development SAP ABAP / 4, user support and training
• Analysis and improvement of existing processes in constant exchange with the specialist departments
• Process design and creation of business and technical specifications, coordination with development, test monitoring as well as production implementation and roll-outs

Your profile :

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or completed training in the IT sector (IT business administrator, IT specialist or similar)
• First practical experience in CRM and (agile) project management, especially for the process steps requirements management and conception
• Ideally initial experience with the introduction and support of software solutions in the sales environment
• Practical prior knowledge of a programming language, for example ABAP / 4
• Knowledge of written and spoken English
• Independent working style, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented and conceptual way of working and confident demeanor
• Willingness to travel (business trips up to 10%)
