Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:
As a Sr Project Manager you structure and steer the Compliance, Risk and Front Office workstreams (integrated plan, milestones, dependencies, budget). Moreover, you support the program manager to run program manager to run program governance. You ensure consistency between regulatory requirements and changes to Front Office processes and systems. In addition, you manage program risks, issues and decisions and change management. You also coordinate teams, software vendors and service providers. Finaly, you identify needs for expertise and propose activation of the pool.

Profile:

• Minimum 12 years experience, including 8 years in Private Banking or Wealth management
• Minimum 2 transformations programmes (similar size)
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss Framework (FINMA, AMLA/FINMA, AMLO)
• Proven track record in pogram governance and reporting to senior management bodies
• Fluent in French and professional English
