About our client
For our client, a company active in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, we are looking for a GMP Manufacturing Operator (m/f/d). The organisation operates modern cleanroom facilities and combines single-use and stainless-steel technologies to deliver reliable, compliant production processes within a highly regulated environment.
Your tasks
- Carry out sampling activities according to approved plans, SOPs, and batch records
- Prepare, set up, and clear manufacturing equipment ahead of production runs
- Support assembly and disassembly of single-use systems and process equipment
- Take on routine operator duties within Weigh & Dispense as well as upstream and downstream solution supply areas, always in line with GMP and GDocP standards
- Run and support washer and autoclave processes according to validated cycles
- Keep manufacturing rooms audit-ready through cleaning and equipment maintenance support
- Handle material staging, transfers, and inventory checks, including incoming inspections
- Document your work accurately in batch records, logbooks, and electronic systems, and flag any deviations or safety observations promptly
What you bring
- Completed technical or scientific vocational training (e.g. biotechnology, chemistry, or laboratory technician)
- At least 3 years of experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing, ideally within biotech or pharma
- Solid knowledge of GDP and ALCOA+ principles
- Comfortable working in cleanroom environments with a sharp eye for detail
- Practical experience with both single-use and stainless-steel biotech equipment
- Familiarity with sampling, material handling, and GMP documentation
- German and English language skills
