The Partner-owned financial service group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services. /p pAs abClient Relationship Officer in our Zurich office /b you will be working in the bGerman Speaking Switzerland Team /b and you will be the point of entry for all operational requests from bankers or clients. /p h3Your role /h3 pYour responsibilities include the following: /p ul liAdminister the end-to-end account-opening process, taking into consideration local regulatory specificities /li liSecure strict follow-up of documentation (e.g. pending items, middle office and RC lists) /li liAssist documentation flows (e.g. archiving and processing physical and electronic forms) /li liProcure KYC information and update complementary documents in the systems /li liProcess workflow requests in the systems (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricing exceptions, etc.) /li liClose coordination with the zone’s Business Risk Manager to resolverisk and compliance matters /li liAdjust to all existing policies and directives and support the implementation of new ones, where needed /li liEdit payments and stock exchange orders while ensuring call backs are systematically performed /li liBuild close relationships with relevant internal stakeholders /li liSupport assistance with administrative tasks when required /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liMinimum of10 years experience in a similar function /li liFluent inEnglish; German andFrench are a plus /li liUnderstand client documentation and internal processes of a wealth manager /li liFamiliar with regulatory dimensions (cross-border, RC, PEP, CARA, FATCA, CRS, etc.) /li liReliable and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to multi-task /li liSolutions-oriented and proactive mindset /li liStrong team spirit and ability to work independently /li liMust be resident in Switzerland /li /ul h3Diversity Inclusion /h3 pbPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
