- Supervise day-to-day mechanical installation works
- Coordinate subcontractors and site resources
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Monitor project schedules and milestones
- Manage site quality inspections and snagging
- Track labour productivity and performance
- Support material planning and deliveries
- Participate in project reporting and meetings
- Mechanical trade qualification or technical diploma
- Experience supervising installation teams
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems
- Previous industrial or mission-critical project experience
- Good planning and organisational skills
- English is mandatory
- German is advantageous
