- Lead the delivery of mechanical installation packages
- Manage project schedule, resources and budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Drive safety and quality performance across site
- Manage project reporting and progress tracking
- Oversee procurement and material planning
- Support commercial and variation management
- Ensure successful project handover and close-out
- Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical project delivery
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience within industrial, pharmaceutical or data centre projects
- Knowledge of project planning and construction processes
- English is mandatory
- German is advantageous
