Mission
Are you looking for an internship where you can put your academic knowledge into practice and gain hands-on experience in corporate finance? Join our team and contribute to the daily activities of Procurement and Accounts Payable while building practical skills in accounting, finance operations and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Procurement:
- Handle administrative tasks related to purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Follow-up purchase orders (PO) and invoice processing.
- Coordinate activities between the Accounts Payable and Procurement teams.
Accountants Payables:
- Create vendors in the ERP and maintain an accurate and up-to-date vendor database
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and good receipts, and follow-up on discrepancies.
- Participating in the preparation of payment runs.
- Prepare and process employee expense reimbursements.
- Manage the archives.
- Support the processing and resolution of email inquiries handled by the Procurement and Accounts Payable teams.
Requirements / Profile
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program, such as an MPC 3+1 or Bachelor’s degree
- Available to complete a 12-month internship
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Strong attention to details and figures oriented
- Team player with good communication skills
- Preferably familiar with IT environment / ERP
- Rigorous and autonomous
- Fluent English & French
