Role Overview
Our client is seeking an HR Service Assistant to support end‑to‑end HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality HR services, ensuring accurate data management, coordinating payroll‑related activities, and acting as a reliable point of contact for employees across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is service‑oriented, structured, and comfortable working within a distributed HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Employee Lifecycle Administration — Manage all HR administrative processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
• Employee Support — Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, payroll interpretation, insurance matters and general HR inquiries.
• HR Data Management — Maintain employee records across multiple HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, digital personnel files, time‑tracking tools) with strong focus on data quality.
• Payroll Coordination — Serve as the interface between employees and the external payroll provider, ensuring correct information flow and timely resolution of payroll‑related questions.
• Process Quality & Compliance — Ensure consistency and high service standards across all administrative HR processes, maintaining compliance with internal guidelines and local regulations.
• Service Experience Improvement — Contribute to the enhancement of HR service delivery, focusing on efficiency, user‑friendliness and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
• Good knowledge of GERMAN
• At least 1 year of experience in HR in Switzerland.
• Knowledge of the Swiss Labor Law
• High digital fluency and strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate across multiple locations.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data and process quality.
