Production Associate, Bioindicators

Responsibilities

• Manufacture biological indicators, including complete documentation of all work steps in accordance with ISO and GMP requirements
• Independently and carefully perform individual production steps, from preparation through completion of the finished product
• Prepare and provide the required packaging and production materials
• Perform secondary packaging activities
• Complete accurate, traceable, and comprehensive documentation of all work steps in accordance with GMP requirements
• Comply with hygiene, quality, and safety requirements throughout the entire production process
• Maintain a clean and GMP-compliant work environment
• Support general activities that help maintain a structured and efficient production process

Hardskills

• Completed training or education in a technical, scientific, or manufacturing-related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or another GMP-regulated environment
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and experience with documentation-related activities is a plus
• Experience in a microbiological or pharmaceutical environment is a plus
• Good German and English language skills (B2 level)
