Cluster Reservations Agent (fmd)

How does your working day look like...

• You will be part of our newly established Reservations Team and actively contribute your ideas and experience
• You will handle individual and group reservations through our various booking channels ensuring that all details are accurately recorded in the system
• You will be the point of contact for our guests handling reservation enquiries by phone and email
• You will monitor our hotel and reservations inboxes and ensure that all enquiries are handled promptly
• You will work daily with our PMS and reservation systems maintaining accurate and up-to-date guest and booking data
• You will manage and maintain room allotments and allocations
• You will handle invoice amendments as well as the review and dispatch of group invoices
• You will maintain guest profiles in Opera Cloud and ensure a high level of data quality
• You will keep an eye on our returning guests and take care of guest recognition and our relationships with regular guests
• You will find the right solution for special guest requests and complaints always aiming to create a positive experience
• And above all: Together with the team you will ensure that our guests feel well taken care of even before they arrive

Qualifications :

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• You already have experience in hotel reservations or at the Front Office
• You are highly organised and work in a structured thorough and reliable manner
• Even when several things are happening at once you keep a clear overview and know how to set the right priorities
• You enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to organise your area independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• You communicate confidently in German and English both verbally and in writing. Additional languages are a plus
• You enjoy interacting with international guests and have a good sense for their individual wishes and needs
• Experience with Opera Cloud is a plus but what matters most to us is that you are eager to learn get involved and take responsibility
