Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. /h3 pFor our site in Visp we are looking for a Senior QA Specialist /Customer Audit Manager (f/m/d) with a strong scientific background and experience in GMP manufacturing. He/She is responsible for the planning, execution and documentation of all bcustomer audits /b and for the management of binternal audits /b (self‑inspections) and paper inspections by regulatory authorities. The Audit Manager also supports the QA Management in the preparation, execution and documentation of on‑site bregulatory inspections /b. The Audit Manager has face‑to‑face contact with Lonza’s customers on a regular basis and is therefore a key person for Lonza’s business. /p h3What you will get: /h3 ul liAn agile career and dynamic working culture /li liAn inclusive and ethical workplace /li liCompensation programs that recognize high performance /li liA variety of benefits dependant on role and location /li liPlanning, executing and documenting customer audits on the Visp site /li liResponding to customer requests for audit dates /li liPlanning audits together with Lonza project teams, based on the customers’ agendas /li liAccompanying the customer throughout the audit (plant tours, documentation review etc.) /li liPresenting Lonza’s Quality systems to the customer /li liDocumenting the customer audits in TrackWise /li liCoordinating the responses to audit observations with the project team and ensuring that the customer receives the responses within the given timelines /li liProviding KPI data to QA Management on a regular basis /li liConducting internal audits (self‑inspections) /li liScheduling, preparing and performing internal audits as per approved audit schedule /li liAgree on an appropriate CAPAs and monitor the implementation to a satisfactory conclusion /li liSupporting QA management during regulatory inspections /li liOrganizing of preparation meetings and SME trainings /li liSupport in Front Office/Back Office as required /li liResponsible for QA aspects of paper inspections /li liCoordinating with Regulator Affairs to provide all required documents /li liAnswering queries from regulatory authorities with respect to paper inspections /li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ul liAcademic degree in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences etc /li liExcellent communication skills in English and German (fluency in both languages is required) /li liProfessional appearance and attitude to establish and maintain excellent working relationship with customers /li liExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills /li liExcellent organizational skills /li liAbility to work in partnership as an active member of a team and/or cross functional working groups /li liAbility to prioritize and manage work to meet timelines in a fast‑paced environment /li liGeneral knowledge of manufacturing processes and analytical methods /li liCompetent level of general IT skill (e.g. MS Office) is required /li liExperience in auditing chemical/biopharmaceutical processes is an asset /li /ul h3About Lonza /h3 pAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
