Join our diverse, talented, performing and supportive team. /p h3How you'll make an impact /h3 ul liLead root cause analysis in GIS quality cases. /li liDrive the quality cases affecting multiple customers /li liOwner of internal and external customer complaints and ensure a fast and sustainable solution /li liProject management of bigger quality cases, identify improvements and drive their implementation. /li liPrepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders /li liRun sustainable improvement projects to prevent quality issues to repeat. /li liProvide support for and / or lead on-site investigations /li liPrepare method statements for troubleshooting cases /li liDeputing of Quality assurance function with Audits preparation and leading /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul li3 - 5 years of Experience in Electrical power systems /li liBackground in quality function or project management in gas-insulated switchgear field /li liProfound understanding of project management practices /li liKnowledge and experience with root cause analysis methodologies and tools (8D, A3 etc.) /li liExperience in commissioning GIS systems is a plus /li liFluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial /li liExperience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus /li liGood communication and cultural sensitivity /li /ul h3More about us /h3 pOur flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow. /p pWe are a global leader in electrification, powering the electricity era to meet the energy demands of today, and the next 25 years.
