You will identify and prioritize opportunities, structure complex projects, close strategic partnerships, monitor success of partnerships and build the team required to scale Tether AI globally. /ppThe ideal candidate can comfortably move between technical discussions with AI and engineering teams and strategic conversations with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, and government leaders and should be used to work in multiple geographies/ cultures. /ppInternational travel is required. /ppShall we mention that nice to have is the person needs to speak at least 3 languages (more as a marker of flexibility than anything else) /ph3Responsibilities /h3h3Business Development Partnerships /h3ulliDrive global adoption of QVAC and Tether AI across enterprises, institutions, and governments. /liliIdentify organizations where local, private, decentralized, or sovereign AI provides a strategic advantage. /liliMatch use cases with needs of identified organizations and build business cases for the implementation of the use case /liliNurture existing and build new relationships with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, AI leaders, and government stakeholders. /liliPersonally originate, structure, negotiate, and close strategic AI partnerships and deployments. /liliDevelop partnerships across the AI ecosystem, including compute, hardware, infrastructure, and technology providers. /liliMonitor performance of partnerships, proactively identify risks and design mitigation plans /li /ulh3Market Strategy Execution /h3ulliDefine and execute Tether AI’s global go-to-market strategy. /liliIdentify priority markets, industries, and high-value AI use cases. /liliCo-develop with clients their requirements and translate them into deployable solutions together with product and engineering teams. /liliBuild and manage a global pipeline of strategic AI opportunities. /liliMonitor market, competitive, regulatory, and technological developments. /li /ulh3Team Leadership /h3ulliBuild and lead the AI Expansion team globally. /liliRecruit expansion managers, partnership leads, solution architects, and other key profiles. /liliEstablish KPIs, execution playbooks, and commercial processes. /liliWork closely with Tether’s AI, engineering, product, and regional Expansion teams. /li /ulh3Strategic Representation /h3ulliPosition Tether as a strategic partner for organizations seeking AI sovereignty, privacy, resilience, and infrastructure independence. /liliRepresent Tether AI in strategic meetings, government engagements, conferences, and industry forums. /li /ulh3You Have /h3ulli7+ years of experience across AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or technology business development. /liliStrong knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, inference, local/edge computing, data infrastructure, and decentralized architectures. /liliProven experience personally originating, structuring, and closing large enterprise technology deals and partnerships. /liliStrong relationships with senior decision-makers across enterprises, technology companies, and/or governments. /liliExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. /liliExperience building and managing high-performing teams. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments. /liliDegree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. /li /ulbr/pWhen in doubt, feel free to reach out through our official website. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
