Solid technical foundation in software engineering and complex product development environments. /lilibSoftware Development /b: Extensive experience in software development for complex, hardware-integrated products. Strong expertise in defining software architecture and platform strategies across multiple product lines. Proven experience developing software for proprietary hardware platforms and Linux-based embedded systems. /lilibLeadership /b: Several years of leadership experience in software development, ideally leading leaders and cross-functional teams. Collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing talent. Business-oriented mindset with experience managing budgets, making data-driven decisions, and driving organizational success. /lilibTechnology Programming /b: Strong hands‑on background in C/C++, C#, and Linux-based embedded systems, preferably Debian.
