Your challenge

• As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Consultant, you will play a key role in our greenfield transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Cloud
• You will take functional ownership of the Manufacturing workstream or significant parts thereof and contribute to the development of a reusable template for future rollouts
• Design future-state Manufacturing and Plan-to-Produce processes based on SAP S/4HANA best practices and standard capabilities
• Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA functionality for Production Planning (PP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Variant Configuration (LO-VC), Quality Management (QM)
• Support organizational and manufacturing-process design
• Design and ensure integration with MM, FI/CO, SD, EWM and other relevant applications
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard (F2S) Plan-to-Produce workshops with business stakeholders
• Support product and production master data design and governance
• Define and execute functional, integration and regression testing
• Support cutover, go-live and hypercare activities
• Document processes, configuration decisions and functional specifications
• Contribute to the development of global templates and standards for subsequent rollouts
• Mentor junior consultants, key users and business process owners

Your qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP PP implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and production-planning processes
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Greenfield implementation experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of MRP and PP/MM integration
• Experience with LO-VC / Variant Configuration and SAP QM is an advantage
• Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders
• Ability to independently lead a functional workstream and drive solution decisions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with production, supply chain and cross-functional stakeholders
• Fluent English required, German preferred
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%
