As Lead Make, you connect product industrialization, equipment engineering and operations in global projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe the focal point of process flow and line layout design across global production setups /li liLead end‑to‑end design and optimization of global manufacturing and assembly processes in industrialization projects /li liAct as Lead Make in product creation projects, representing manufacturing processes in the core team /li liDrive process industrialization and transparently align product, process and equipment requirements /li liCollaborate closely with Supply Chain, Equipment Engineering, Quality, IT and Operations worldwide /li liOwn implementation, validation and ramp‑up of manufacturing processes including pilot runs /li liPerform technical risk analyses (PFMEA) and ensure implementation of mitigation measures /li liEnsure process capability and monitor performance and stability /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives such as automation, cost optimization and global transfers /li /ul h3Required Expertise /h3 ul liUniversity or technical college degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical, industrial, production) or similar /li liAt least 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering or industrialization in a global environment /li liStrong technical background in device manufacturing, manufacturing equipment and process validation methods (PFMEA, control plans) /li liAbility to influence and collaborate across functions, cultures and hierarchy levels /li liStructured, analytical and entrepreneurial personality with high ownership and accountability /li liVery English skills (C2); proficiency (B2‑C1) is necessary. /li /ul pPeople at Belimo Smart buildings start with dedicated people.
