We help clients define their Data AI strategies, establish governance and operating models, develop data products, and deliver transformation programs that create measurable business outcomes. /p pbYour key responsibilities /b /p ul liYou will help organizations define and execute Data AI transformation strategies, from vision and roadmap development through to implementation and value realization. /li liYou will lead large-scale data, analytics and AI programs, coordinating business, technology and executive stakeholders across complex environments. /li liYou will advise clients on topics such as data strategy, data governance, data products, AI operating models, GenAI governance and organizational transformation. /li liYou will facilitate executive workshops, drive stakeholder alignment and help clients make investment and prioritization decisions. /li liYou will work across a variety of industries, including Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Energy, Financial Services and the Public Sector. /li liYou will coach and develop consultants and senior consultants, helping them grow their delivery, leadership and client management capabilities. /li liYou will contribute to business development activities, proposal development and the creation of innovative market offerings. /li liYou will support the continued growth of our AI Data practice and help shape its future direction. /li /ul pbWhat we look for /b /p ul liYou hold a Master's degree, MBA or equivalent qualification. /li liYou have 6+ years of professional experience in consulting, business transformation, data management, analytics or AI-related initiatives. /li liYou have experience leading cross-functional transformation programs involving business, technology, data and executive stakeholders. /li liYou bring expertise in most of the following areas: /li liData Governance and Operating Models /li liData Products and Data Monetization /li liPortfolio and Program Management /li liGenAI and Responsible AI Governance /li liValue Realization and Benefits Tracking /li liChange Management and Business Adoption /li liYou possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills and are comfortable interacting with senior client leadership. /li liYou have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy identifying client opportunities and building trusted relationships. /li liMulti-year experience within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Consumer Products or other highly regulated industries is a must. /li liBusiness fluent English is required /li /ul pbWhat’s in it for you /b /p pHere at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
