The full list of our global benefits can be found here: Our local benefits: 3cf e0e4e41a77e8c c2b5 /ph3What you will do: /h3ulliPartner with the Site Head and Leadership Team to provide strategic HR guidance and support organizational success. /liliDevelop and execute workforce and people strategies aligned with site growth and manufacturing objectives. /liliLead organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives that support business expansion. /liliBuild leadership capability through coaching, succession planning, and talent development programs. /liliCollaborate with business leaders to ensure teams have the skills and resources needed for operational excellence. /liliUse workforce data and organizational insights to support decision‑making and drive performance improvements. /liliEnsure effective delivery of HR services while maintaining compliance with Swiss employment regulations and company policies. /li /ulh3What we are looking for: /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. /liliMinimum 10 years of HR experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or complex manufacturing environment. /liliExperience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business strategy through people‑focused solutions. /liliStrong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management. /liliKnowledge of employee relations practices and Swiss employment law. /liliStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills. /liliFluency in English and German is required. /li /ulpReady to shape the future of life sciences? /ph3About Lonza /h3pAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
