Only candidates with prior Flight Physics working experience in Aerospace will be considered

Scope: Full Time
Location: Basel Switzerland
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of flight physics engineers fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
Hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics
Meet all technical objectives and maintain quality standards
Drive the development validation and application of flight physics models simulations and analytical tools.
Interface with systems engineering design structures controls and test teams to ensure cohesive technical solutions.
Plan and execute budgets with schedules resource and cost perspectives
Provide technical leadership in design reviews trade studies and program milestones.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Aerospace or Space Engineering
8 years of hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics
Strong understanding of FAR/CS-23 or FAR/CR-25 certification regulations
Proven leadership experience in managing a team
