Manufacturing Associate (Upstream/Downstream Bioprocessing)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations within a highly automated GMP production environment. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in biotechnology manufacturing, particularly within upstream and/or downstream processing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute GMP manufacturing operations in a biotechnology production environment.
• Perform upstream and/or downstream processing activities according to approved procedures and batch records.
• Operate and monitor highly automated manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Navigate and utilize automation platforms such as DeltaV, Sincade, and other manufacturing IT systems.
• Complete production documentation using fully electronic batch record systems.
• Support troubleshooting activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Adhere to GMP, EHS, and quality standards at all times.
• Participate in shift operations and ensure manufacturing targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP-regulated production processes.
• Experience with automated manufacturing systems and electronic batch records.
• Good English communication skills (minimum B1 level required).
• Ability to work a rotating 5-shift schedule.
• Available to start within 1 month preferred.
