Sie arbeiten eng mit Verkaufsteams, unseren Lieferanten und unseren Kunden während der Beratungs- und Ausschreibungsphasen zusammen. /p pSie tragen direkt zur Qualität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Angebote bei, indem Sie technische Expertise, kommerzielles Gespür und Ausführungsgenauigkeit kombinieren. /p pArbeitsmodell: Hybrid /p pDiese Rolle trägt aktiv zur Entwicklung der installierten Mittelspannungsbasis bei unseren Kunden innerhalb der Division Distribution Solutions – ABB Electrification in der Schweiz bei. /p h3Ihre Hauptaufgaben /h3 ul liAngebotanfragen koordinieren und Einhaltung der Fristen während des gesamten Ausschreibungsprozesses sicherstellen /li liLasten- und Pflichtenheft, technische Spezifikationen und Kundenanforderungen aus technischer und kommerzieller Perspektive analysieren und die am besten geeigneten Lösungen und Produkte basierend auf Kundenbedarf und Lösungsportfolio auswählen /li liAngebotsstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebs-, Ingenieur- und Projektmanagement-Teams definieren und Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten während der Angebotsphase führen /li liKostenberechnungen durchführen und technische und kommerzielle Angebotsdokumentation strukturieren (Produktbeschreibungen, Services, Leistungen) /li /ul h3Ihr Profil /h3 ul liAbschluss einer Höheren Fachschule (HF) oder Fachhochschule (FH) im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau. /li liBerufserfahrung in einem industriell-technischen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Erstellung von Angeboten und Offerten. /li liSelbstständige, flexible und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise. /li liAusgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. /li liBegeisterung für die Analyse und Auswahl von Geschäftsstrategien sowie die Entwicklung kundenorientierter Lösungen. /li liInteresse an Kostenkalkulationen und der Erstellung technischer Angebote. /li liTeamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägter beruflicher Integrität. /li /ul h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pIn this position, you will play a key role in ABB’s medium-voltage solutions business process. You will work closely with sales teams, suppliers, and customers throughout the consultation and tendering phases. /p pYou will contribute directly to the quality and competitiveness of our proposals by combining technical expertise, commercial insight, and execution excellence. /p pWork model: Hybrid /p pThis role actively contributes to the development of the installed medium-voltage base at our customers within the Distribution Solutions division of ABB Electrification in Switzerland. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate quotation requests and ensure compliance with deadlines throughout the entire tendering and proposal process. /li liAnalyze specifications, technical requirements, and customer needs from both technical and commercial perspectives, and select the most suitable solutions and products based on customer requirements and the available solution portfolio. /li liDefine proposal strategies in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Project Management teams, and conduct negotiations with suppliers during the proposal phase. /li liPerform cost calculations and prepare structured technical and commercial proposal documentation, including product descriptions, services, and deliverables. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liDegree from a Higher Technical College (HF) or University of Applied Sciences (FH) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. /li liProven experience in an industrial technical environment, ideally in quotation and proposal preparation. /li liIndependent, flexible, and customer-oriented way of working. /li liExcellent communication skills in German and a good command of English, both written and spoken. /li liPassion for analyzing and selecting business strategies and developing customer-focused solutions. /li liInterest in cost calculations and the preparation of technical proposals and quotations. /li liTeam-oriented personality with a reliable work ethic and a high level of professional integrity. /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pABB's Distribution Solutions division provides medium voltage components, switchgear, and solutions that connect and protect the evolving electrical grid, ensuring reliable and predictable energy distribution.
