Technology Delivery Expert

Our client is a global leader in technology consulting, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization. They partner with some of the world's largest organizations to deliver innovative solutions across cloud, telecommunications, customer experience, and business operations.

As part of a strategic transformation initiative, we are looking for an experienced Business & Technology Integration – Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert with strong expertise in Logik CPQ and ServiceNow environments. You will play a key role in the design, configuration, integration, and delivery of complex CPQ solutions within an Agile delivery framework.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior consultant who enjoys working at the intersection of business processes, product catalog management, and enterprise technology delivery. The role is offered as a 3.5-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension, making it an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project while building a long-term partnership.

Your responsibilities

• Configure and maintain product catalogs and product models within Logik CPQ
• Design and implement configuration, validation, dependency, and pricing rules
• Configure complex commercial offers, bundles, and product structures
• Develop and support integrations using Logik Open APIs (REST APIs)
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ integration and configuration issues
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support feature refinement activities
• Create and manage user stories and technical documentation
• Support the evolution of Quote-to-Order and Order Management processes
• Contribute to solution design and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Work closely with telecommunications business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in technology delivery, IT projects, or system integration
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and priorities
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with business and technology transformation initiatives
• Languages Required: Fluent English
