You’ll gain hands‑on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management. /ph3Your Team /h3pAs part of the FX Trading unit in Zurich, you will join the STIR FX Derivatives team, a dynamic front‑office team at the heart of the bank's trading activities. The team is responsible for the pricing, risk management and trading of short‑term interest rate products and foreign exchange derivatives, supporting both internal and external stakeholders. /ppThroughout the programme, you will gain hands‑on exposure to financial markets and learn how the trading desks manage risk, make pricing decisions and respond to market developments. You will work closely with senior traders, sales teams, risk managers and other specialists across the bank, giving you a broad understanding of how a global trading business operates. Further you will have the opportunity to go abroad to join one of the leading sales units.
