Job description: *Marketing Content Specialist* *Location:* Bern, Switzerland remote/home-based, candidates in or near Bern strongly preferred**Salary:*** CHF 90K plus excellent benefits package* **About the Opportunity** *Our client is an international *B2B software business* seeking a hands-on Marketing Content Specialist to support marketing activity across *EMEA*, with a particular focus on *telecoms and utilities*.* *This is an execution-focused role for someone who can turn *technical information, customer insight and campaign briefs* into clear, accurate and commercially effective content.* *You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Solution Engineering, Implementation and other regional and global stakeholders to deliver content and campaigns that support *customer engagement, lead generation and pipeline growth*.* **Role & Responsibilities** *As a *Marketing Content Specialist*, you will turn technical expertise, customer insight and campaign strategy into effective marketing activity across EMEA. Your responsibilities will include:* * *Creating and adapting content for *telecoms and utilities audiences** * *Working with Solution Engineers, Implementation teams and other subject matter experts to translate technical information into accessible content* * *Developing *customer stories and case studies* through conversations with customers and internal technical teams* * *Creating and formatting *proposal, RFP and other customer-facing materials** * *Producing blogs, emails, landing pages, presentations, ebooks, social content and other campaign assets* * *Building and supporting *multi-channel campaigns* for defined customer segments* * *Translating campaign objectives into clear execution plans and selecting appropriate content and channels* * *Using *HubSpot, Salesforce and related systems* to support campaign activity and track leads, pipeline and performance* * *Monitoring relevant *KPIs* and using results to improve future campaigns* * *Supporting *regional events and tradeshows** * *Working closely with global Marketing, Sales, Product and technical teams* * *Managing deadlines, flagging issues early and keeping stakeholders informed of progress* * Qualifications: * **Key Requirements** *You will be a hands-on *B2B marketing professional* with at least *3 years' experience*, ideally gained within *software, SaaS or another technical environment*, together with relevant experience in *telecoms and/or utilities*. You will bring:* * *Strong *content creation and technical writing* skills* * *Ability to translate *complex technical or engineering information* into clear customer-facing content* * *Experience creating *customer stories, case studies, ebooks, presentations, proposal/RFP material, blogs, emails, landing pages and campaign assets** * *Strong *Microsoft Word and PowerPoint* skills, including templates, tables and brand standards* * *Experience building or supporting *multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns** * *Experience using *HubSpot and/or Salesforce** * *Understanding of *campaign tracking, lead generation, pipeline and marketing KPIs** * *Experience working with *technical, commercial and operational stakeholders** * *Strong written and verbal communication skills in *English** * *Regional or international marketing experience, ideally across *EMEA** * *Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines* * *Ability to *take ownership, work independently, clarify briefs and keep stakeholders informed** *Experience with *Adobe InDesign* would be highly valuable, while *Canva and basic video editing* would also be advantageous.* * Why is This a Great Opportunity: * **Why Join?** *This is a strong opportunity to join an international software business operating in specialist *telecoms and utilities markets*, with the scope to take ownership and make a visible contribution to its EMEA growth.* *You will work directly with *technical experts, customers and international marketing colleagues*, developing specialist industry knowledge while producing content and campaigns that have a direct impact on customer engagement and commercial performance.* **Salary Type *: Annual Salary* **Salary Min *: CHF 85000* **Salary Max *: CHF 90000* **Currency Type *: CHF*
