Senior Marketing & Retail Activation Manager

We are partnering with a globally recognized brand to recruit a Senior Marketing & Retail Activation Manager. This strategic role will be responsible for translating global brand ambitions into impactful regional marketing initiatives that drive engagement and business performance.

Responsibilities :

• Defined and implemented the EMEA marketing strategy in alignment with global brand objectives and regional commercial priorities.
• Developed and managed the annual marketing plan and associated budget across the EMEA region.
• Designed and executed product launch campaigns and marketing activations tailored to local market needs and opportunities.
• Collaborated closely with regional sales teams and retail partners to drive store traffic, client engagement, and sales performance.
• Developed retail activation strategies, exclusive events, premium client experiences, and strategic partnerships.
• Leveraged CRM data and customer insights to support acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinated with global Marketing, Communications, PR, and Digital teams to ensure brand consistency across all regional activities.
• Analyzed market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Defined and monitored marketing KPIs, evaluated ROI on marketing investments, and continuously optimized regional initiatives and performance.

Profile :

• 8-12+ years of experience in marketing within luxury, premium, or highly selective consumer environments.
• Strong experience managing regional marketing activities across EMEA markets, with a solid understanding of retail and wholesale environments, partner marketing, and retail activation strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset
• Fluency in English is required, French is a strong asset.
• Availability for regular travel across the EMEA region.
