Your mission
- Design, develop, and maintain the software at the core of our image-guided navigation platforms in modern C++
- Own specialized technical areas including tracking, computer vision, and 3D rendering
- Produce clean, efficient, maintainable code aligned with industry best practices
- Debug and optimize application performance and reliability
- Coordinate across software, systems, and clinical teams to ensure safe, quality deliverables
- Document technical work per medical device regulatory requirements
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of professional C++ development experience
- Solid grasp of object-oriented design and software engineering principles
- Proficiency with Git and modern development tools; Qt experience valued
- Hands-on, demonstrable experience in one or more of: real-time 3D tracking, computer vision, GPU-accelerated rendering (CUDA, OpenGL, Vulkan, or DirectX), image registration, SLAM, structure-from-motion, or photogrammetry — from any industry (gaming, VFX, robotics, geospatial/remote sensing, AR/VR, medtech, aerospace, automotive, or similar)
- Background in regulated or safety-critical environments (medical, aerospace, automotive) is a plus, not a requirement — we'll bring you up to speed on our quality and regulatory processes
- Professional-level English communication
