Director - SAP Finance (DE Speaking)

The Opportunity

Our client is a leading business advisory firm transforming how global enterprises operate through technology. We're looking for a Director to lead our SAP Finance practice and drive transformational programmes for major clients across Switzerland and beyond.

You'll oversee end-to-end SAP Finance implementations for complex, high-value clients. This role combines hands-on consulting with strategic leadership—you'll evaluate business requirements, architect tailored SAP solutions, manage large programmes, and work directly with CFOs and finance leadership. You'll also grow the finance practice, mentor your team, and shape our delivery approach across SAP Finance transformations.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance transformation programmes for medium to large, complex clients
• Manage RFP processes and navigate complex sales dynamics for enterprise engagements
• Architect finance solutions and oversee SAP implementation across GL, AR, AP, and consolidation modules
• Engage at C-level with finance executives throughout engagements
• Build and lead the finance practice, mentoring senior consultants
• Contribute to practice development and thought leadership in SAP Finance

About You

• Extensive experience leading SAP Finance transformations (either single-industry deep expertise or cross-industry breadth)
• Proven success managing RFP processes and complex client sales for large engagements
• Strong technical background in SAP Finance with recent S/4HANA experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence C-suite stakeholders
• Experience managing project portfolios and delivery organizations
• Fluent German and English (both critical for this role)
