WWF International is seeking an independent consultant to conduct a comprehensive audit and
assessment of its Dayforce (Canopy) HRIS environment. The assignment will establish an objective view
of the current system landscape, identify configuration, process, data, reporting, integration, security and
compliance gaps, and provide a prioritised remediation roadmap. This assignment is diagnostic only. The
consultant will not implement system fixes or configuration changes.

Objectives
• Process Alignment: Assess and evaluate core HR, absence, performance, and all Canopy HRIS
modules, including data management and workflows, against organisational requirements.
• System Efficiency: Identify configuration bottlenecks, duplication, and control gaps in the current
setup.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Evaluate whether absence configurations, core HR rules, and reporting
comply with country-specific regulatory requirements.
• Current Assessment & System Landscape Map: Document the current pain points,
configuration issues, policy misalignments and system gaps, including developing a visual
diagram of Canopy HRIS and its connection with data flows and integration points
