Reviewing and performing an initial screening of supplier compliance documentation related to the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
Classifying supplier submissions and maintaining accurate status tracking within internal compliance databases.
Communicating directly with international suppliers to collect clarify and follow up on regulatory documentation.
Managing and organizing regulatory records in Excel SharePoint and other internal systems according to defined governance standards.
Learning corporate compliance processes at a leading international company.
Qualifications :
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program (e.g. Sustainability Environmental Sciences Business Administration Supply Chain Management Economics Law Engineering or a related field).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Interest in sustainability environmental regulations and responsible sourcing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large datasets and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and utilization of AI applications.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within an international team.
Prior experience with compliance sustainability procurement or regulatory topics is an advantage.
