EU Clinical Education & Engagement Manager

Sentec is a Swiss-American medical device company specializing in respiratory care. Since its founding in 1999 the company utilizes a deep-tech approach that is founded on advanced science and avant-garde technologies for respiratory patients across care areas. Sentec provides healthcare professionals worldwide with non-invasive, continuous monitoring and effective therapeutic solutions.

The goal is to support enduring change in clinical practice that reduces challenges of respiratory patients, improves healthcare outcomes, and alleviates cost.

Sentec applies latest scientific results and engineering technologies across the three core platforms transcutaneous monitoring, intrapulmonary percussive ventilation and electrical impedance tomography. The company researches, develops and manufactures all products exclusively in-house.

Key responsibilities:

1. Education programs

• Lead the planning and execution of the European digital educational programs across product lines
• Engage and coordinate external clinical experts (KOLs) as speakers
• Ensure high scientific quality, consistency, and relevance of all educational content with the support of marketing and internal clinical teams
• Coordinate and support educational seminars and peer-to-peer events (in-person, hybrid, digital)

2. Education content strategy & localization

• Adapt global or central content to local use cases and audience needs
• Collaborate with content and clinical teams to develop impactful, clinically credible materials
• Ensure educational content is optimized for different formats

3. Engagement & community development

• Support the development and activation of a clinician community platform
• Create engaging formats that foster peer-to-peer exchange and ongoing interaction
• Extend educational content into scalable digital engagement initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in medical/clinical education, healthcare marketing, or similar
• Proven track record in managing educational programs (in-person, hybrid, digital)
• Ability to translate clinical insights into engaging and relevant content
• Structured, hands-on, and execution-driven mindset
• Fluent in English; working proficiency in German is a plus
