Relationship Manager (Business Developer) - EAM

Job Description

Based in Geneva or Zurich, you will join a dynamic team and a rapidly expanding market benefiting from a unique offering for EAMs.

• Proactively create a portfolio of self-acquired Clients with focus on the External Asset Managers market (EAM);
• Monitor your pipeline according to the objectives (individual & team);
• Create and build a trust-based relationship with the clients through regular and personalized contacts;
• Ascertain and assess the client's financial situation and overall objectives with the support of a Team Head if needed;
• Provide general wealth management services to the clients, namely by formulating integrated solutions based on the client's objectives.
• Proactively promote the Bank's products and services to clients, by providing them with tailors-made investment solutions;

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Economics;
• Strong network within the EAM Market, in Switzerland and abroad;
• Very good interpersonal skills;
• Open and sales oriented;
• Expert in creating relationship with prospects with a proven track record;
• Natural team player;
• Persistent and persuasive;
• Passionate about client service.
