As a member of our team, you will play a key role in installing, upgrading, and maintaining IT components, software systems, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various computer hardware and software technologies, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.Possibly already living in Zürich area, or willing to work in Zürich, with a working permit. IT Specialist Responsibilities: Installation and Maintenance:Deploying and upgrading software and hardware components.Regularly evaluating IT systems to ensure they align with operational demands.Network Administration:Assisting with network administration tasks to optimize performance.Data Security:Ensuring the safety and security of data storage.Technical Support:Resolving IT system and software issues for colleagues promptly.Providing day-to-day support to ensure the smooth operation of our computer network.Education and Training:Educating colleagues on network security and best practices for computer usage.
